We do have anti-fraud measures that will automatically fail any credit card tried three times in a 15-minute period. If your card has failed please try the following:

• Check that we accept the card you are trying
• Make sure that there are no spaces in the credit card number
• Check that you have entered the correct expiry date of the card (you do not need to enter a start date or issue number if your card does not have one)
• Ensure that you have entered the 3 digit Card Security Code from the back of your card or the 4 digit code from the front of the card if you are using Amex
• Try another card
• If you are still experiencing problems making an order, then please contact us with your order details where we will be able to manually process your order. 

Please contact us and we will do our very best to make any changes to your order. We are able to change or cancel your order as long as it has not already been dispatched.

We accept all major credit and debit cards; Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Visa Electron, JCB and Maestro.

All transactions are processed using Sagepay, the UK’s leading secure online payment systems.

Sagepay provides very high levels of internet and physical security to ensure that sensitive information is never compromised. This means our website is safe and secure and your credit/debit card details cannot be obtained by anybody else.

Payment should be made in full at the time of ordering goods directly via the Bloom and Blossom website. Bloom and Blossom reserves the right not to send out the products until the transaction has been confirmed by the appropriate card service provider. All products remain the property of Bloom and Blossom until payment is cleared.

We take the privacy of our customers and website users very seriously. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users and customers in accordance with worldwide practices for customer privacy and data protection. Bloom and Blossom will not release your personal data to any third parties without your consent or as required by law, operating under UK legislation.

We want you to be 100% happy with your Bloom and Blossom products and gifts. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, damaged, delayed or faulty, please let us know as soon as you are aware and within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective goods. Please take due care when returning items and ensure they are suitably protected for transit. You will be responsible for the items and postage costs until they reach us. Goods must be returned to us and subject to us being satisfied that such a defect exists and has not been caused by incorrect storage or handling we will credit you in full by your original payment method or send you a replacement order. We won’t be able to cover for any other damages or losses beyond that of refunding or replacing your order, including your original delivery charge.

If an error has been made on our behalf we will refund you for the return postage accordingly.

If you fail to return the goods or send them at our expense, without prior agreement we will charge you for the direct costs of recovery.

Once received, we will process your return as soon as possible and at the very latest within 30 days. Your credit or debit card provider determines the time taken to credit your card. This is usually between 10-15 business days. We will notify you once we have credited your card.
 

If you are experiencing problems when trying to apply a voucher code, please contact us before placing your order as we cannot apply voucher codes after an order has been placed.
